The First Month...
A lot happens in your first month with me…
The New Leif Method is 100% successful in large part due to the amount of time, effort, and care I invest in each client. The Method works for everybody. But the way that one client follows it can be VERY different from the way any other client follows it. Everyone is different. And, I adapt my Method to your individual needs, preferences, and circumstances, in ways that you approve of.
I accomplish this during 4 training sessions that I conduct with you personally via live video (Skype, etc.). Each session lasts up to 90 minutes and covers a different part of the New Leif Method. Typically, clients begin to lose weight after the first session. My guarantee begins after your second session. I recommend that you try to complete all 4 sessions within the first 2 weeks of signing on with me.
Once you complete all 4 sessions, you will know everything necessary to lose the weight you want, without hunger.
But, knowledge is not enough. Knowing something, and applying it daily, are two very different things. So, in addition to the 4 training sessions, I provide personal, daily support via text messaging. This is absolutely necessary for your success, especially during the first month.
My rate for conducting the 4 New Leif Training Sessions with you (up to 90min each), and for providing Daily Support via text, is $499 - for the first month only.
The Months That Follow...
Since you complete your training sessions during the first month, I offer continued text support for the months that follow at a greatly reduced rate. With this service, I remain available to you 24/7 via text message. Weight loss doesn't take weekends off, so, neither do I. I dedicate my time to you personally every day:
• to respond to any questions you may have,
• to evaluate your progress, and
• to contact you if I feel you may need help.
I ensure that you continue to progress steadily, directly to your goal.
My rate for Daily Support is $199 per month. This is an optional service for every month after the first.
At Any Time...
Clients may schedule a 60-minute session with me for any reason at any time. Although the two services above provide all the information and support you will need to reach your goal, many clients request special sessions to explore various topics in greater depth, and to address personal issues that happen to arise.
My rate for general purpose, client-requested sessions, is $85/hr.
